just wondering if the club can alter the crest slightly and use a plain blue strip for the cup final?
if the club does not wish to use the new/ next seasons strips?

would this be against any cup or SFA rules?

You misunderstood the problem. Rangers CAN USE the crest. It's Sports Direct who can't. !

The guys in the know will know how to proceed with this dispute. Leave it to them.

Im sure we reserve the rights to the badge and all that anyways so i don't see how we would have to change it. There was only a holding over it when we had a loan and that's been paid back.

Theblueman the team will be wearing the same strip, the one we have worn all season.

did think it was us but it was the rules regarding the deal in place with handing in the notice period.
do we have to wear that specific strip as its part of that deal?

and didn't mean change it just adapt it slightly by maybe adding the ready scrill underneath? (just a thought)

Doesn't mean the mere mortals can't discuss it, Super.

If it is correct that rangers must buy the strip quota from Sports Direct if the fans don't purchase them then I have two questions. The first is 'Is this an unfair business practice that could cause that part of the deal to be rescinded'

Second question is, 'Is there a 'minimum price' that the Club has to pay to ensure a designated level of profit on the sale of the strips'. If so could Rangers still benefit in purchasing the strips from Ashley at this perhaps 'lower price' and then resell them to make the lion's share of the profit.
