Trying to enjoy a good victory and performance yesterday, but it's really getting spoiled by some of the ridiculous over the top comments and reactions.

Be realistic about the team and the challenges ahead.

One good game changes nothing, it does not signal the end to our problems or that second place is now ours to keep. Nor does it mean garner is anything other than a workhorse. Nor does it mean MOH is a superstar.

I'm not being 'negative' (a term used by intellectually challenged) but some of the empty headed comments really pee me off.

Jury is very much out on the manager, end of the season is when judgments should be made- not after a bad game, not after a good game.

I think it signals a lot. An end to rigid thinking and giving players we've spent a lot of money on a chance to play. Nobody's shouting we'll win the league, just enjoying a Sunday afternoon for a change.

Stromash, i'll reverse what you have said. People like you and you're not alone, do my head in! Nobody is saying everything is hunkeydory mate but it was a very good performance, so try, (now i know its hard for you), to enjoy the win and the way we played, instead of negative, (and don't talk rubbish saying its not), continual comments. Can you not find it in you to positively comment on very good individual performances by the likes of moh (who's hardly had a chance) and the likes of garner who's trying to settle into our style of play. What is it with you lot? We know one game doesn't mean everything is resolved but it may well be the turning point for which we now kick on from now. We just don't know but i and many others on here are hoping this is the case. Try lending a bit of support instead of continually putting negative slants on EVERYTHING, because that's all you guys do!

SuperCooper, I suggest you read what the OP actually said, instead of jumping on your soap box.

If you had bothered to read the post you would have noticed that they actually praised the victory and the performance yesterday. Not only was there positivity, it also contained a balanced view in my opinion.

Aye bosshog like you with a negative slant just around the corner and never far away. I might have known you would be the first to back him up! Two Mr. doom and gloom, negative artists together. I suggest you read it properly and mine for that matter. I honestly just don't get it with you two! Try and enjoy something positive about rangers when it happens instead of a big negative in your posts somewhere even when you think your praising them!

Last I checked supercoopereleven this was a site to express opinions be it negative or positive and open it to debate which is sonething you clearly don't grasp any negitive comments and you shoot everyone down like some sort of cyber bully if u don't like negative comments try debating instead of banging your chest and whinging like a wummin you must be great fun at social events.

I've been critical of Garner and MOH and MW recently but yesterday was the best team display since we beat them from the dark side in the semi-final last season, every player on the pitch was excellent, maybe all the criticism has finally sparked the team into life, playing the way we know they are capable of, the work rate was great all over the pitch and young Josh was terrific all over the pitch, a tremendous prospect and will be difficult to shift from the team, MOH is looking like he knows where he and the full backs should be and his work rate was tremendous yesterday-looks much fitter now, hope we can kick on from here and consolidate 2nd place in the league.

Here is what you said verbatim:

"Nobody is saying everything is hunkeydory mate but it was a very good performance, so try, (now i know its hard for you), to enjoy the win and the way we played, instead of negative"

Here is what the OP said verbatim:

"Trying to enjoy a good victory and performance yesterday"

As you can see the OP praised the victory and the performance. If you want to be obstinate then that is your prerogative but expect me to pull you up and point out that you are talking nonsense.

Are you bosshog able to for once take in what i'm getting at? Here goes. Yes there was a praise of the team which incidentally is more than you have ever done! Mr. negative! But and here's where you must listen Mr. negative, there is praise and then a negative slant behind it, why? Why can you so called rangers fans not just enjoy and praise the very good performance yesterday without having to put your negative spin on it? I know its hard for you Mr. negative, pessimistic if you like, but can you not try to see where i'm coming from!

Well STROMASH, I must be intellectually challenged, or just thick. Because if as you say you are not being negative i have not got a scooby what you are being, and please don't say realistic as that is a complete kop out. along with let's see at season end.

rangeken and supercooper i'm with you guys on this I've of late been p*ssed off with the "NEGATIVITY" of some of our own fans crying out for the managers blood as they have 0 patience.
A lot of people are hoping this can be a turning point in our season as we do need one.
but the negative or "realistic" people as they call themselves can't see it that way its impossible for them to see the light at the end of the tunnel and it infuriates a lot of people.
anyone can write what they want on here but as a collective group of fans I hope the optimistic ones are heard at the games and that is what the players feel instead of the this changes nothing crow.
