I think we should try and sign ryan gauld on a 6 month loan deal from sporting lisbon. I think he could be the answer for our no.10 position. There would be no risk IMO, in bringing him in originally on a loan deal until the end of the season and if all goes well,
make the deal permanent, in the summer! He's a really good, young attacking midfielder. He would definitely improve our squad especially as we're looking for someone who can play in that area of our midfield.

Yately1,i've only seen him a few times on YouTube clips since he left dundee utd. He was a very good, skillful young player with dundee utd, so i think with his experiences in portugal, you would be getting an even better, young player with better technique.

Ryan gauld is a good young player why lots of potential. If he had 'set the heather alight' he wouldn't be coming back to Scotland. He'd be in England or one of the other big leagues. One question though coop, I thought you wanted Dorrans to fill the number 10 slot?

Why do I continually have to explain my posts to total nuggets? For the record i did say dorrans would be a potential no.10 for us, if we can keep him fit regularly! That doesn't stop us looking for another attacking midfielder (no.10). We need more than one for each position. We also can't take for granted that doza will come back and not be out injured again, although of course i do rate doza. Is that ok for you blueberry?

Ryan Gauld is no longer a young prospect, he's 23, he has no scoring record whatsoever, and he has played about 30 games on loan in the past three seasons. He's catching nobody's eye except, it seems, the more gullible.

For me i would like to see our club take a chance and sign the lad on loan with view of permanent deal lad looked good at united when he was there he would add energy and has skill to open up defences something we need in games.

No thanks from me if he was any good he would be playing a higher level than the Portugal second division and if your saying he’s as good as he is supercooper then surely he would’ve at least had a loan back in Scotland or to another league.
