Yately that's the reason i think this will be SG last season with us. Living and working away from your family is the hardest thing to do. don't suppose with SG wife and kids in Liverpool its any different for him.

I disagree punter. Just look across the city to VVD. As a player with similar traits he probably sees Rangers as a quick route to a top premiership team and international recognition. He will also get a tidy wage and European football. I think the signings of Lundstram and Sakala have shown we can compete with other teams.

I thought we were also linked with Harry Souter, he is a monster of a centre half. I’ve not seen too much of him but he’s a unit. If he can play as well as have a physical presence then he could be an option as well.

Not a chance Harry soutter is best of 3. I've been keeping an eye on doekhi since John first mentioned him and to me he just looks in hhe bracket of vvd when he went to celtic. Big powerful player, can run head tackle and is good on the ball. Honestly think he would be a terrific signing.
