With the farce of the Dundee pitch in danger of making Scottish top flight football a laughing stock, here's my ideas for improving the top flight with a decent catchment area for supporters.
1/ Amalgamate The Sheep and Cove Rangers and rename them Aberdeen Rangers. Just to wind up the Dons.
2/ Amalgamate both Dundee clubs and call them Sh%thole City.
3/ Amalgamate all clubs from outskirts of Dundee to the Forth Road Bridge and call them Fife Rovers. New purpose built stadium in Kirkcaldy.
4/ Amalgamate Celtic and Partick and call them Glasgow Thistle.
5/ Join all Lanarkshire Clubs, North and South and call them Lanarkshire United. New stadium at Strathclyde Park.
6/ Obviously keep Rangers as they are - well we are the Establishment club.
7/ Amalgamate the Highland clubs and call them Theuchter Wanderers and base them in Stirling - well no one likes travelling up the A bloody 9.
8/ Amalgamate Dumbarton, St Mirren and Morton and call them St Greenock.
9/ Amalgamate all the Ayrshire teams and call them Killie Pie United.
10/ Amalgamate Hibs and Hearts and call them Salt and Sauce City. New purpose built stadium in Livingston with grass surface.
11/ All teams in the South of Scotland to amalgamate and be called Queen of Back of Beyond.
12/ All teams in Stirling and Falkirk to amalgamate and be called Central United.
Berwick can feck off back to England.
