i reckon we have a self induced unhappy dressing room.
why? look at players who get one or two games play well but make the odd mistake and they get dropped again while regular Gerrard favourites make easy things look hard but don't get dropped.

All these choices and decisions come from management, I think that's where we have gone wrong, the players look up to him, but cannot see he doesn't have all he answers and can't perform miracles.

We are what we are, not cash rich, but still able to attract players, Hagi for example, but I reckon for the same reasons he will disappear in the fog that currently hangs over Ibrox and the Hummel

And lastly why do very few young players ever make the breakthrough here?

I know this is a rant, but in my opinion, fully justified in wanting answers.

Back to blaming the easy targets?
Since the winter break the full team has under performed.
Are you seriously going to drop a striker on 29 goals for the season for a 3rd choice striker who's lucky if he's scored 30 goals over the last 5 seasons? And considering Morelos has only played half the games and has scored 1 in 2 full appearances how's he getting the blame?
And when the teams playing badly are we going to risk 2 young CH's at the same time who are still prone to erratic mistakes themselves?
Hastie and Polster are squad players or in Hastie's case, one for the future.
And who's position is Docherty going to take in the team? The way the team is set up, he's only similar in style to Jack. Would you drop Jack for him? I don't see Docherty as a match winner from the bench.
And Murphy needs 90min game time to regain fitness and confidence.
And you said it - you've ranted.
So why not constructively criticize the team instead of picking on 3 players when the first 11, subs and management haven't been good enough since the winter break.
But that's the same players / management who got us in a title fight in the first place and in Europe after Xmas.
