Maybe just me (& a bottle of red) but we looked better when Kent and Tillman were substituted. MOM for me McGregor saved at least 5.
Rest .
Tav / Davies/ Tilman/ Kent/ Lundstrom/ . all very poor. Morelos given no service. Steve Davis past it.
If that was Kent trying to impress prem. teams, then I'm afraid we're stuck with him.
Just my opinion of course.

king, Goldson, Davies pass marks.

Tav, Lundstrum, Tillman and Kent were just awful.

I thought all the subs made a difference when they came on.

Special mention for McGregor through. Wonderful performance.

Agree with that, I thought Sakala and Matondo done more with their short time on the pitch than Kent done with his 60 odd minutes. I think for the return leg, drop Tillman, he looks lazy, has no dig about him, I would go with Wright, at least he has a go or from that showing even Sakala on the right.

King goldso Davies pass marks, Davies gave awY unnecessary free kick that they scored from and king gave away penalty. Time to realise we can't compete at this level and it's not all down to Kent.

Tavs lack of effort to get back and help king, an 18 year old boy, was criminal. The penalty the prime example. Counted at least 7 or 8 times liverpool broke and tav jogs back showing no desire to get in and help defensively.

Davies was the best of the 3 cbs imo, but all 3 were really good. Leon kingbcan be really proud of that performance.

Got to admit, but Tav, Kent, Tilman, Morelos, and Lundstrum were truly awful last night. Tav continously gave the ball away all night, and was far too easily passed by time after time. Lundstrum was lucky not to see red again after he ran his studs down player's ankle. Kent was just anonymous - a total waste of a jersey. And the least said about Tilman, the better. He was honking!
And see If I was Colak, I'd be battering on Gio's door this morning demanding answers on why I was dropped. Terrible decision.
All I can say is thank God for Mcgregor! How anyone thought that JM was the better choice this season is baffling. Passed it? Not a chance!
