We should be looking at a British manager or one who has successfully worked with British players. Someone who understands and can relate to the psychology of our players, the core of whom are. British.

It'd be Dyche all day long for me. The suggestion of Beale is almost as disturbing as that of Kevin Thomson or Jermaine Defoe being involved. Beale isn't doing a great job at qpr. He had a very good few weeks and now is having a very bad few weeks. He is unproven and I wouldn't touch him. We need to go one step better than our rivals, not simply one step better than where we are positioned right now.

Couldn’t agree more.

Dyche. Not for me. You only have to know what he did at Burnley, his teams hoofed the ball up the park and hoped for the best. If Dyche comes in, which i doubt, we won't be watching entertaining football at Ibrox, similar to just now, only worse.

I agree about Beale don’t see the fascination in him I really don’t and he had a go at the board after he left also. Some think he is some sort of messiah.

Beale too early in his managerial career
Dyche played the football that was needed to get the best out of the players he had, he was never expected to play free flowing football.
Scott Parker is another that knows how to get a team playing football
Not sure about any overseas manager, would be more of a gamble for me.
Whoever it is I wish him the best of luck, it’s a tough gig with a lot of expectation,

Celtic are doing fine without a British manager.
