Just watched the Mcinnes interview afterwards, quite refreshing to see a manager call the game exactly how it was, I know some harbour a grudge with him for knocking us back years ago, but he made the right decision. He's done a great job with every club in Scotland he's been at and I think he comes across as a clever guy who reads the game well. I know he's a big rangers man and I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the managers seat in a few years.

I think McInnes was put off joining Rangers when he couldn't be guaranteed stability behind the scenes. I know one player who could have signed but didn't because it seemed like there was no plan on or off the field at that point.
