I had a last minute call-off in work last night where one of my staff was unable to make their shift.
I felt really sorry for them. Travelled from Perth to Paisley to see their team getting pumped 4-0 by St Mirren, and then the supporter bus broke down and they were stuck in Paisley.
So no matter how bad things are, just remember that you're not a Saints fan.

If he were a couple of years physically younger, I'd give Balogun the armband. He gets what its all about to play for Rangers. Obviously, I feel he's too old now to play every game, but certainly give him another year. I just wish with his attitude and experience that he was still 28 or 29 rather than 35.

You can agree contracts with players at any point in the season, but you can only register them as players when the window opens.

I think McInnes was put off joining Rangers when he couldn't be guaranteed stability behind the scenes. I know one player who could have signed but didn't because it seemed like there was no plan on or off the field at that point.
