I don't really see the logic in selling Butland and then paying £10m for an inferior goalkeeper. It just doesn't make sense.

It's being worked on, I’m told John. He's got a year left and if they don’t get promoted, they certainly won’t get 10m for him.

Any rumours on McCrorie's future at rangers?
I think his contract is up next year, so if he doesn't sign then we need to be looking to cash in on these guys rather than let them go for free.
There are a few other players that fall under that bracket, i.e. Lawrence, Lowery etc.

Good info wishy and because a club value a player at 10m doesn't mean some1 will pay that so if butland goes for 12/ 15m signimg a experienced international for 5m makes sense we won't get back to winning titles with oòc guys.

McCrory earning 6k a week for no chance of a game I'd be int in seeing if he could step up if butland ever goes but know many disagree.

Would prefer McCrorie over Gunn all day.
Feel bad for him, hasn’t put a glove wrong when called upon. I think if Butland goes then McCrorie is good enough.
If we are spending money I’d go for Trapp the Frankfurt keeper that played against us in the final.

I'll put my full support behind any signing brought in by Koppen over the summer. I can definitely see Butland leaving though as much as I'd want him to stay we could get in 3 or 4 quality signings for the money we'd get for him.

Rabbi as long as we get butlands value then the club would be daft to refuse bids of 10m+ if a young 3rd choice keeper in England costs Burnley 19m with no experience butland is worth 10/ 15m and has a 4 year deal as well.
