John, i think, mentioned the other day Rangers looking at players that had been at Rangers youth for homegrown coefficient, mentioned Kelly, McKay, Hardie, etc. More for a laugh, but what about Danny Wilson and Kal Naismith? More seriously I'd take Fleck and I'm not sure if Lewis Morgan would qualify as I know he started at us but I'd take him too, developed into a cracking wee player in the MLS.

With yet another financial director leaving taking the total so far to 5 board members does anyone know why. Is it anything todo with the way the clubs been run ie cl money, transfer cash etc now seemingly all gone or is it rats leaving the sinking ship. I hope its just clearing out the dead wood and not something more serious. Does anyone know what's going on? @john27 I know you are probably the most "in the know" person on here have you any idea of what is transpiring.

Tj he got 14 goals in 32 games from left wing last season and in MLS team of the season, good player. Can't see any ex youth being at the level required. In terms of the board I think it's Bennett freshening things up.

Tjrfc MO Johnstone and Kenny Miller Played for Celtic and were both good signings for us so if Morgen is good enough it shouldn't matter who he has played for.

Kal Naismith wouldn't be a bad shout, one of our better academy graduates who would be a realistic signing at the moment. Only signed for Bristol City last summer though so not sure what they'd want for him.

John they don’t need to be over 21 just trained at rangers for 3 years before 21 which all 3 have. They can make up the list or just choose 22 players without registering them and they can still play as under 21. They meet the quota either way.

Honestly think McKay would offer is more than wright . no harm to wright he's a trier but just not quite there maybe needs to play at a club regularly.

So for me I'd rather see King and Devine be given more first team opportunities next season and fill the A list - than see us sign Squad fillers.

I knows Kals family well, highly doubt he will be at Rangers, signed a 3 year deal with Bristol last season amd now into his 30s, had a good career down south though as a utility player.

Hardie has had a decent couple of years and really no different from guys we are looking at lower leagues of England. So wouldn't surprise me if did move for him.

Hardie was playing in a league as good as the SPL, next season he's in a much better league .
