Offering what you think a player is worth is not penny pinching offering the apparently £5 million and add ons is not penny pinching, we have a budget set for certain positions and that extra £1.5 million may well be needed to put towards another centre half or player needed hate this penny pinching stuff, as much as folk don't think £1 million or that isalot it can actually go a long way towards other things like refurbing parts of ibrox or staff, honestly man money doesn't grow out the back of ibrox we need to watch our budget it's not a difficult concept.

Losing out to an MLS club is poor! Kent and Morelos running down their contracts and leaving for heehaw is also poor! Backsides need kicked and we need to sort it out pronto.
Messi is a separate entity and I don’t think the US league is much better than ours tbh. With us you also have a chance of a crack at Europe.

The MLS in all honesty is a better standard than the SPL. If Danilo is off there then good luck to him. Too many fans of us and celtic (as I've got a couple of celtic supporting mates) think than when Rangers or Celtic come calling, players should crawl over broken glass to come - times have changed. Players don't think that way now.

I don`t see it as penny pinching . There are so many players that we supposedly enquire about and get quoted a price only for the price to halved if we walk away and the player goes elsewhere . Whittaker is the most recent example and maybe Yates too and you can go back to McLean at Aberdeen and Walker at Hearts among others. In the end we will get someone else and its the players loss not ours.

I reckon that Beale and our current CEO and Chairman deserve considerable respect and gratitude for the quality of players that we appear to be signing since the January window.
James Bisgrove is like a breath of fresh air, he is dynamic, a proven negotiator and someone that I am confident can take our Club forward in a way that his predecessor couldn't and I am impressed with the work that Bennett has done since taking over as Chairman, (and as some know I was not a fan of his predecessor)!
We can't always get the players we would like and that can be because of our League, which in my opinion is a Joke, run by incompetents! For that reason Beale and his colleagues deserve praise for the players that we have signed over the past six or seven months.
