24 is not young in football terms this is why we always fail to give guys a chance thinking they have plenty of time when in fact if they are not getting regular GE's by 21 they are pretty much screwed.

I agree goforbig, me personally would always sign at most around 21 years of age, richer teams always more interested in that age group.
