I don’t think we could John he’d cost £20m+ outright and Bayern would probably rather loan him to one of the top leagues.

Morelos IMO is the best striker in the country.

Zirkzee wouldn’t cost £20m+ he’s on last year of his contract at Bayern. If he was to sign for us he would be a main striker so would depend on alfy leaving (which I never want to see) and would depend on us reaching the group stages of champions league. Personally around £10-12m + a sell on % and first refusal would be the ideal scenario if we were to sign Zirkzee.

Morelos is on a different level with his all round game compared to Roofe and would do really well in the EPL with a lower half team. Although Roofes movement and finishing is also top class.

I love alfredo morelos and taking his injuries aside, i rate kemar roofe as a very talented striker ?
I rate both these striker's very highly but here's my honest opinion on morelos V roofe?Morelos stronger than roofe and better at holding the ball up and occupying a full defence on his own?Roofe is a much better,
more natural finisher than morelos with both feet and his head ?So on most attributes a striker needs roofe wins for me but alfredo is much more reliable and apart from this bad injury he's had, is always available and fit ?If roofe wasn't so injury prone with his calfs especially he could easily imo play in the english premier league for a top 10 club? That's my honest opinion on morelos V roofe and the attributes these talented striker's bring to the table ?.

They’re 2 different types of strikers Walter I don’t think it’s as simple as that.

Kemar Roofe is a penalty box striker but these days most teams need somebody to lead the line that can hold the ball up bring others into play and I don’t see that as being a strength of his. You are correct in saying that he’s more natural more composed finisher than Alfie I just think Buffs made for the modern game.

Walt Copland lol both of you are right but . to say no can't play in prem is pure speculation and disrespectful he was one of best players in our first Euro run and never know how it will go for a certain striker in any league look at guivarch came here and was rank rotten went back to France and was top goalscorer. If it was as easy as analysis of style then all prem league strikers would be a success. i think it's madness nobody in prem especially a west ham downwards level team don't take a punt.
