Bugs me why teams think they can cherrypick players at the end of a window, happens everytime, and always lowballed.

Much the same as buying things on ebay. You wait till the last minute and let the counter get down to 10 seconds left and BOOM you click only to get sent a message that your bid wasn't high enough and there's no more time left to bid again. Utter heartache.
