Looks possible we have no one in place for Sunday. now is the time for senior players Tav, Davis, Goldston McGregor to step up and help Defoe out to make sure everyone is up for game it's not as if we have lost any players they now the tactics etc so just need everyone to keep focus and we will be fine.

Gees I think the hubs game takes care of itself. Players will know any potential new manager will be watching the game very closely so would expect 110% from every man on the pitch! We will most likely stick with same strategy and similar game plan as to if Gerrard was still here as it’s instilled into the team!

We already have people in place for Sunday, the team that the club announced yesterday. It’s much more sensible to have them lead the team for Sunday and maybe even next Thursday as they won’t be changing much in terms of set up or tactics, rather than bring in someone new, with new ideas formations or tactics and try to install all of that in the team in a matter of a couple of days before two very important games. So I’m glad they have got a plan in place to ensure continuity for the players right now rather than try to change everything by installing the new manager days before a cup semi.

Ment no manager in place. all I was meaning senior pros need to step up and aid Defoe if this is the case. if new manager appointed I would want him to take responsibility straight away.
