It’s now clear to see the recruitment in Jan and the previous windows was not good enough and did not allow us too build on from last years success.

The standard of player brought in, such as sakala, sands and previously Itten has been diabolical, they’re simply not an improvement to the bench.

Hence why changes don’t come or come too late.

Gio now has to galvanise what he has and make a real effort to get to the Scottish cup final, with any momentum in europa league a bonus, but if he can’t get us a domestic cup, then ultimately loosing a 6 point swing and handing the league to them, may just have his jacket on a shooglie peg.

I think he deserves a summer window and should be backed for next season, but the board need to back him and get quality in because there’s too many there that should be nowhere near ibrox for next season.

I’m glad people are starting to see what I was saying in January, we aimed for second place with our signings and we had no ambition at all. I feel for Gio during the summer window, he’ll be needing to signing bargain basements and bosmans. He’s on to a hiding. The board and Ross Wilson have put us back at least 4 seasons. While I’ll fully support to team until my dying breath I’m gutted at the lack of vision and direction shown by our leadership team.

I agree with your post StuMunroloyal 🤔A wee question for you mate, which players in your opinion do you reckon should be nowhere near ibrox in what will be a mini rebuilding job for next season 🤔 Gio has and will be given the chance to build his own team and rightly so imo and then comes the scrutinising in a big way 🤔.

Stu, you've hit the nail on the head - the recruitment hasn't been good enough, absolutely those new signings have not improved the team at all. Ramsey, Dhilla, Sands. Where's the improvement? Was Gio limited with his spending budget?

Sir Walter, Sakala, Wright, Itten, barisic ( lost his bottle) Goldson if he doesn’t sign on, Arfield, (Davis, Mcgregor, ) retired, sakala wright or Itten are a waste of a wage the others have had input but they need shipped out

We need quality in, sakala, Wright, Itten are very poor footballers and bargain basement. We need players who have bottle and character about them and back ups that can bolster and help the team, too many passengers.

Stu - I respect your opinion but Sakala when he came on to today did more than Roofe and he played 90 mins.
Maybe it’s time to play Sakala through the middle and give him an extended run in the team.
