Just replying to earlier posts about Negri. My Jambo uncle said once that man is a goal machine. Imagine the figures if he'd finished the season? One of the most remarkable strikers I've seen. A once in a lifetime experience. Coisty must have been cacking his breeks.

He was utterly remarkable in his brief time with us scoring 23 goals in his first 10 league games. An amazing stat that won't be broken. Would loved to seen him continue that form but he was a shadow of himself after the injury.

Yes parlane marco negri was one helluva finisher with both feet and of course his head ?The goal against celtic at celtic park against Jonathan Gould was one of my favourite negri goals ?Pure power and incredible accuracy to squeeze the ball in at Gould's near post a terrific finish ?.

Negri was sensational in his brief time - was totally shocked and uoset he left so quickly his finishing was unreal.

His 3rd goal against utd was pure class there was a touch of Davy cooper in that goal give it a swatch.

I remember being at the united game when he scored 5 and literally couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Pity how things turned out for him. Some players don’t appreciate what they have at rangers until it’s too late and I think he fits into that category.

Couldn’t get out of Glasgow quick enough and now he is our biggest fan?
