Hi everyone, now we're a good few game into MB being our manager first thing for me is MB is impressing me more and more the way he talks his vision on the style of play and what it means to play for Rangers ect, is excellent IMO. It's clear that the team needs a major overhaul we can't defend set pieces so a big goalkeeper and 2 big athletic full backs needed, also a whole new midfield we, re not near strong enough in that area and a big strong striker. This will take time and a lot of wheeling and dealing. IMO MB is going to be a great manager for us. ???.

I'll admit I wasn't sure about Beale coming in.
And it's still early days.
But his press conferences are a breath of fresh air.
He's also getting a tune out of players who looked as if they had thrown in the towel under Gio ( which is criminal from them ) .
The players are definitely fighting for him as they've proved by coming from behind in 4 or 5 games.
We are certainly heading in the right direction.

Thuthuly yes we have won under Beale but every games been a struggle. predictable slow build up play and last 3 games when beales took of our striker and went more defensive the opposite team have scored. Early days I know but I've not been impressed with our style of play so far. my hope is once Beale can get his own players in then we can start putting games to bed rather than holding on for a less than convincing win.

Big concerns over how we start but at least he seems to be able to get them going after and not giving up. Hopefully if players ever get back from injury and he brings in own players will see a difference. Tho it's basically the same squad he had before.
