Is Sterling fit to play tomorrow?

If Lundstram and Barisic start I fear the worst for the season ahead because it will show MB won't drop his favourites regardless of how they play.

I'm not a fan of playing a right footed player at LB and vice versa, but Barisic is a weakness the Swiss will target.

I just don’t Beale dropping Borna for a rb with no European experience or match fitness. We have to assume Lundstrum will play after doing the pre match interview, although won’t always be the case.

I expect Cantwell to come in for either Dowell and play further back or Sima. Danilo might start ahead of Dessers.

We played jon flanagan at left back when Beale was here before so wouldn't be unusual for it to happen again. And borna can go anytime.

Morning Livibear, Devine actually acquitted himself very well when he played LB not so long ago, I actually think that young man deserves more game time for us. I actually think that team looks good, and would be a definite upgrade on Saturday.

Because the other option is to play borna barisic who has became our most negative player and in a team where our full backs are expected to provide the width but also defend he’s not doing either properly and hasn’t for a long time now. We’ve seen Devine play there, Sterling is an upgrade on him and will definitely be more defensively sound than borna so why not. The other option is to watch borna run to the Half way line and pass it back every time he gets the ball and duck out the way of crosses.

Devine did play well there but i'm on about sterling. People are insisting on him playing lb. he's a right back had no game time and no one has seen him playing there. Whittaker used to be good playing both full back positions but remember jon Flannigan.
