I see that sky are demanding a copy of the Audio of Johnson's hand ball Incident. it seems that VAR are responsible for the decision on the handball and not the offside as there was no scoring opportunity.

The ref gives a By kick and not an indirect free kick based on an offside decision. Or for that matter, a corner if it was deemed the ball played him. Thinking that one of the worst referees on the planet has some explaining to do.

Doesn't change the result but a red card would have been issued and that my friends would have been a game changer. Time for that referee to be taken off VAR permanently and demoted to the championship where he belongs.

im confused dc, i just accepted they had checked for a pen, and seen offside, but the game had carried on and there was no good reason to stop, just to go back and give Celtic a free kick for offside.

Is there evidence of something else?, audio would be good. What does intrigue me is that lemon, boyd and wee faddy all said it was a blatant pen.

Lennon's word was he would be apoplectic if he hadn't been given a pen, how then, with 4 of them watching monitors in the studio never once mentioned the possibility of offside, that irks me a bit, although i saw the pics and its offside, why didn't any of them point that out, not lemon, sutton, faddy whos a big tim along with his dad, kenny miller nor the commentator, strange circumstance.

for the record, it's Rangers who want the audio playback as SKY are not happy with how the VAR went about its business. As I stated, why on earth column is on var duty baffles me as he is a very poor referee and now his inept refereeing is employed sitting in a room making decisions. Still boiling here but Tuesday we should be back up to speed (I think).

The offside thing is a red herring, an afterthought to justify a poor decision.
The still doing the rounds showing the line needs to go back a frame or two to show the positions when the cross was made. The audio would be worth listening to, how is punching the ball away from the forward deemed natural.
