Mark I was listening to a song earlier from an artist who became the voice of Norway Lillebjørn Nilsen.

The song was Byen Jeg Kjente som min.

That translates to the town i loved so well.

Whilst looking at the places the song mentions i realised that was from your part of the world.

It mentions different estates in Londonderry.

It's a song I have listened to many times throughout the years and never once took time to understand the history of it and the original artist Phil Coulter a Londonderry native who inspired Lillebjørn to translate it.

A little Norway- Northern Ireland connection.

Good to see Laura Berry captain and score for the U19's and Jodi McLeary captain the U23's over the international break.

Disappointing not to see Mia McAulay getting on for the full side - although delighted to see them beat Morocco and what a goal from Weir to win it!

Only caught the last 15 mins of Morocco game, poor goal to concede but a great strike by Weir to win it.

Is McAuly struggling wee bit this season? Her breakthrough season she was unstoppable. A wee bit up and down last season. Looks more effective when played central this season and struggling out wide.

I think this is a very good bet on the mugs double on sunday guys ie. hearts 21/10 to beat Celtic and barcelona to beat real madrid away at 2/1. 👍A nice wee £20; double.

A couple of us were discussing why Nsiala wasn't getting a sniff, only for someone to comment that they didn't understand why he was becoming a superstar in his absence. Nobody was calling him a superstar, far from it, that line just gets used to try and make there debate sound more plausible.

What we were saying is surely he must be given a chance in a defence that has shipped over 30 goals in around 20 games, or should we just forget about him, because at 20yr old he got out muscled a couple of times? He didn't become a superstar in his absence, but surely became an option.

BB4 I believe he hasn't had a sniff because he showed Martin that he is an ambitious player and believes in his ability.

Ambition and belief are 2 qualities that Martin just can't stand. As i said we have a good squad devoid of these qualities because of Martin.

Nsiala has been training with the first team since Martin left.

He's not in the Euro squad, but might be in the weekend squad - especially if Djiga and Cornelius are injury doubts.

Nsiala showed many things that he could go on and be a very good cb, his mistakes would always come, only learing the game but showed enough too suggest he could have a very good career, shockingly poor treatment from Martin in sending him back to the b team, Martin has knocked our players confidence even them he signed, not game fit for Rohl system, never really bad mouth a Rangers manager but that man was a pure ahole.

Seen your post Re training and aggression EHL, was actually on to post about the clips of Everton's training session I seen last night aggression being cheered, Tackles flying in players not affording team mate space. No surprise Everton have picked up a bit this season.

Train how you want to play! Hoping that what you posted re our training is true it's exactly what the team need Personality and aggression to play for rangers! Good football will be a by product of this! Martin wanted Robots that doesn't work here 👊.

Yeah, from what I hear Rohl is trying to bring a bit of life back in to the squad - like you, I think this is exactly what we need.
