I said it a few posts ago and I'll say it again, our fans MUST learn to let go of former players if we want to move on as a club. It absolutely infuriates me that people bang on about Morelos who granted, was a great striker on his day but ultimately won 1 league then chucked it before he left. We also need to stop comparing every striker we have signed since to Morelos, there is more than 1 way to score over 20 goals a season (which AM only managed once btw) and i strongly believe this is what led Beale to punt Colak and sign Dessers because he thought he could be a similar hold up striker. Whether its Shankland or someone else we have to get behind what the gaffer is building and stop living in the past. Happy new year when it comes everyone ?.

The Shankland rumour is true I'm afraid. Rangers want to sell Hearts Lowrie but Hearts not willing to pay what he's on at Rangers. They are only willing to pay upto half of what he is on whatever tbat is. This from a source close to Lowrie who I know.

I was one of Morelos defenders against folk on here but his last year he put the tools away and coasted I for one don’t want him back greatful for good times he gave but once players heads gone it’s over for me.

Anyone joking or slagging Alfie needs to really have a good think about what they are saying. Guy carried us for years. Even in the moments he wasn’t scoring every week he was contributing so much by putting defenders under constant pressure. Guy was absolutely outstanding at rangers giving his age during each year he was there. Very unpredictable at times and probably needed anger management but always made headlines. Dessers couldn’t pay the papers enough money to get a headline. No striker has compared to Alfie since the minute we signed him.
