Dave king has stated in the Belfast Telegraph that his investigation by SARS could be illegal and all tax 'crimes' dropped.

If so things could definitely be changing. Mind you, if he passes SFA fit and proper rules CFC might just send another letter!

He's not in place yet and already Dave King is being less than honest. He does not pass the SFA fit and proper person rules. That's not to say the SFA would break their own rules to favour Rangers.

He says sars are under investigation for "illegally spying" on people and although legally he could challenge he Won't do so as he says he was treated fairly and is happy with the outcome of his case.

King past = 20million lost and he warned us about whyte and green he was right.

King now = millions in again and he is the person at last arranging EGM and unifying the Rangers 'team' side to guarantee EGM victory.

King pays over 40million to SA Taxman and is not a criminal, easdale doesn't pay taxman and is a criminal.

Do you want me to make it any clearer than that for you why Bears want King and trust him more than any of past cr**ks we have had and currently have.

ED Sorry I was looking at it from a jail time perspective totally not on the plea bargain aspect, my mistake I will not do that agin, standing on naughty step and have done 100 lines - "Get my facts right and do not ever post rubbish again"
