how about this revolutionary idea. why don't we get behind the team, back the manager back the players we've signed were 5 games into the season do you not think celtic will slip up, too many doom and gloom merchants on here we have a lot of new players still getting used to each other, we will come good 100% I'm confident we will either win league or a close second, the so called supporters out there saying we will be lucky to get second spot and could be mid table get a grip of urself u aren't rangers supporters!

Aye maybe Wilson and Kiernan will finally gel after 14 months. If you think we are going to catch up with Celtic this season you're having a laugh.

Unless Hearts and Aberdeen are inept this season, we will have a tough time getting second. Yes, the team has failed to gel and need to get a grip soon, but I don't see how you can be so positive with what has been on show so far. We were shown up by an improving, but still average at best, Celtic team, that was the most embarrassing thing.

It's not the championship anymore.

the reason I'm so positive mate is celtic aren't nearly as good as people think, since brenda has come in he's had everything go his way, let's not kid ourselves celtic have been jammy as anything getting to champs league, also lucky to beat hearts away and st johnstone nearly came from behind to grab point, the honeymoon period will end mark my words I'm predicting the honeymoon period will end with clear Barcelona thrashing them on tues then its a tough trip to inverness let's see how they get on then.

Even after a heavy defeat some people still aren't in touch with reality.

They shall get pumped in Europe and I don't even think celtic supporters are expecting anything else. You say the have been lucky, that's them played last season's top 3 and rangers with 12 points out of 12.
They shall be lucky to lose 2 games in the league.

Guys, Celtic fan here. I'm not here to gloat or wind up. You got beat, heavily, there is a gulf between the teams but there is a gulf between Celtic and everyone this season. You guys shouldn't be worrying about Celtic. Yes Hearts and St J were tough games for us, they should be but we won. IMO that's where you should be focusing on, not on us. Don't forget we just gave Aberdeen a do in as well. I'm not a bigot, never have been, not even a Catholic tbh and I am glad Rangers are back up regardless of the politics involved or who the mother company is. If you had views like myself, or even a tiny bit of common sense you should want Celtic to do well in Europe. It tires the team for 1, but aside that if the football mafia, UEFA, keep mucking about with who gets what we want our league to be in as strong a position as possible or guess what NOBODY GETS in and NOBODY GETS CASH. That being said, no Celtic fan is expecting anything out of pretty much the group from hell. Barcelona even rested players ahead of Celtic coming so I agree we will get pumped. But I am a Scot, ill enjoy it none the less.

I will say my biggest disappointment was reading the news today about the damage your fans have caused. Its a shame because most have been reported as well behaved.

{Ed039's Note - damage is done in the away end in majority of old firm games, whether it is seats, graffiti or toilets, I am surprised the coverage it got to be honest, I am not condoning it because it is disgraceful and will cost Rangers, it's just that it's happened plenty of times before and will happen again but this time was widely reported as if it's new news)

Fair point to make Ed. I'm aware it was endemic in the past, guess it was wishful thinking a new era had eradicated it. Suppose it really is wishful thinking to think things will ever change between our clubs and fans.

I would always support Rangers in Europe tho, unless its against Celtic ;0) or actually winning it. Couldn't bear tha lol.
