As i said in a post earlier in the week that i likened michael o'halloran as a poor man's theo walcott. Now here's what i'm wondering fellow bears. Arsene wenger has played walcott out wide and through the middle and got success with theo in both positions. Firstly i hope warbs starts moh tomorrow against kilmarnock as he should and why not play moh through the middle as we're not scoring a lot of goals as it is and with his blistering pace i truly think moh could be a revelation there! What do we think fellow bears?

I reckon you are trying to flog a dead horse with ohalloran . doesn't score near enough goals and his final ball is woeful.

Personally I think Walcott has been lucky to stay with Arsenal having spent so much time injured or inconsistent. That said he always contributes something! MOH is a worry for me, seemed OK in first half the other night but second he just ran bindly to the byeline and either tried to swing his right peg. This in isolation is OK but he ofyten leaves the ball behind him and get tackled. He also struggles to improvise badly and when there is no ball to the box on will either run it out of play or cut back and get tackled. His lack of a footballing brain is holding him back and honestly, I don't see much improvement in 9 months!

Supercoop i respect your opinion bud and i know your a big fan of MOH but i think u need more than just blistering pace to lead the line especially in our team were most teams just sit deep and try hit us on the counter. i think MOH is suited to playing for 1 of those types of teams but not us. last Sunday with 20minz to go was the perfect scenario to bring him on and for the life of me i don't know why MW decided on waggy instead but he sees more of the players than we do i suppose.

Bluedie, i do know where you're coming from mate as regarding the celtic game on sunday. It was absolutely tailor made for moh to come on against a team that comes at you as opposed to teams who sit in. Your right, it does suit michael's game more when he's playing against teams that attack which of course leaves the space for the ball over the top for which moh can exploit the space with his blistering pace. Bluedie, i just think he deserves his chance and an extended run in our team. I did think he played well on Wednesday night against st. johnstone and was my motm. A wee point to djab, in moh's first start of the season on wednesday are you trying to tell me that he wasn't our most creative player and his final ball laid on 4 chances for his fellow teammates on Wednesday. That djab would have been 4 assists if his teammates had taken those chances! Not bad for a player who's not been getting a start! Four assists in one game is very good going in anyone's book!

I do think he was our best player on Wed and should be given a chance again 2moro but its going to be a similar game again, we really need to start getting the 1st goal in games so it opens up abit because we just don't look capable of getting 2 when we go a goal down.

I like moh don't think it's fair some guys writing him off. Once guys had 7-8 games will we know how well he will do for us.

Mate, were u not comparing him to Shevchenko b4 we signed him? Now it's Walcott, unfortunately for us he's not a patch on either of them but to be fair he's not had a fair crack of the whip, Dodoo could say the same tho.
I do think MOH deserves another chance tomorrow and I actually thought wee Barrie looked much better in the number 10 role when he came on the other night and might be more suited to that.

PeterHuistra, obviously your at the madam as regards to me comparing moh to Shevchenko but i do agree with your view on playing barrie mckay in the proper no.10 role. I posted a good few times on here that mckay could be a cracking player for us in a free role in the hole behind our main striker. I've stated many times on here to give mckay a free role and he could destroy the opposition playing there. Dare i say it huistra, i did say that mckay playing there could be our iniesta!

The biggest weapon we've got against these teams that park the bus when they come to ibrox is the fans. So come on guys get behind the manager and players and get ibrox rocking tomorrow.

Same was said about peter lovenkrands played out wide cause he had blistering pace but couldn't cross a road never mind a ball then tryed him through the middle and scored a good amount of goals so am all for playing moh through the middle worth a try cause the guys upfront ain't doing the job the now what have we got to lose.
