Just heard this. McInnis is being sounded out for the role with Barry Ferguson as one of his assitants.
Nothing will happen till after the ECL games are done as they do not want to go in and potentially have a couple of cricket scores to deal with.
Gios only chance of a lifeline is to get two very good performances in the next 2 matches or his tenure is over.
McInnis only has a 250k buy out clause and he is very well regarded in the football circles respective of what some of us may think. The board have been impressed with Fergies passion for the club via the youtube videos on "Go Radio" and in his sport colums.
If we do get pumped next two games DMI will be the new guy. I am putting a few quid on it now. Source is top drawer!

Not inspiring, I agree. But can see the sense I suppose. Considering what he has done with money to spend at the clubs he has been at . is pretty good. You never know if someone will be good or not until they try. I mean last two sucessful managers in recent history is Ally McCoist followed by Mark Warburton in terms of win percentages. So. who knows!

So now we are using YouTube to scout our next management team. c'mon at least post something that's believable. McInnes will not even be a rank outsider. We have moved on from this calibre of manager.5 months ago we were in a European final. i'm hoping we can attract a much higher calibre of manager than him and a guy who talks about us on YouTube!

Mc Coist had more spending power than the 3 bottom leagues put together. He won the 4th tier and then the 3rd tier. Then ended 3rd in the 2nd tier. He even lost to Raith in the final of that get to f*CK cup. Ally was far from successful jb1972.

Can’t see how McCoist is seen as a successful manager? He had loads of money to spend and still struggled. Was a disaster of an appointment.
