Danilo deal is not off nor is he going to the MLS. He has made it explicitly clear he wants to join us. Slot has stated that a replacement will be signed before he allows Danilo to go.

We have submitted a bid of 5.25 million with add ons which will be accepted. Kamara to Leeds for 4.5 million. Wright away to turkey for 500k. Interest in Sakala is nothing more than verbal, no offers. Lundstrum is considering his future. Barisic wants to stay. Matondo offered to championship clubs on loan, there's reported interest from Luton and Burnley for Matondo, again this is a rumour.

Gustavo Hamer, who Gerrard was interested in, and all the footballing experts on here saying he wasn't good enough for our club. He's about to sign for Burnley for 15 million.

Good post, ties in with what I’ve seen. Can we just be the grown ups on here, assuming everyone classifies as a grown up, there’s banter and there’s taking the p£ss personal. Don’t want anyone to leave as this is a big season ahead, there will be more to talk about and rumours to be had. I’m not going to be beg you to stay but think your giving in to people who are after 5 seconds of popularity.

Makes sense about Lundstrum. I was thinking that myself. If both fit think Jack comes in first and Jack is not guaranteed a start. Personally I would keep Salaka just because he is so unpredictable unless it is daft money not to.

Not doubting you but surely there’s no way Matondo gets a move to the premier league with Burnley or Luton. To be fair if he played in a team that had space in behind or played on the counter he may thrive. Don’t think he suits us or our league. Glad we seem to have moved away from the wingers that are all pace and no end product this window as we don’t need it.

The manager won't get it perfect this week but given time I'm sure he will, continuous movement will happen . Sakala, Lundstram, Barasic may all stay or not, no panic with any of them but it does look like Sakala will move if the money is right and Wilson might swing the Panzo-Barasic swap plus cash . all mibbees no worries.

Weare and John27 and a few others, I don't have any inside sources or knowledge, and rely on you guys to keep us updated as best you can. Keep it going guys.
It is frustrating however when names are regularly being talked about as signing tomorrow, next week, a few weeks, pre contracts signed, not signed etc.
I appreciate its rumours, but they are usually based on something, like you guys knowledge/ contacts, not on reading the rags etc. and making it up.

Explains it well.

The key issue is we can register 8 classed as home grown maximum 4 from Scottish academy

4 from Rangers academy. But if u have 2 from Scottish academy u can have 6 from rangers

All 8 coming from rangers academy is also allowed, . we r miles from that so far

Absolutely key, and cause much debate on here is the A list and B list criteria.

The thing that annoyed me about all this is the glee in which someone reported a top target wasn't going to happen. It wasn't done with disappointment that the club, and us fans, were maybe missing out on seeing a great player join our club, but was one-up-manship of the worst kind. Being happy to report bad news just so you can say you were right is just a bit weird.
