Wouldn't play aribo in an old firm game he's too lightweight and has still too play well in one he's a decent player but a man short in old firm games imo.

John I think the manager will start him too but personally I wouldn’t as he seems to hide in these fixtures which is a shame as he has talent and ability to win the game with one piece of brilliance. Don’t know if it’s the confidence or he’s intimidated but he does seem to hide in these games 👍.

If Gerrard puts Aribo in cm again against celtic then yes I do know better than Gerrard because he should never be in cm against celtic and going by his last performances v celtic in cm, more than proves he shouldn't be in there👍.

Gérrard isn't going to not pick any player judging them on previous performances. Agreed that Aribo has struggled against celtic so he will know he has a point to prove and he will be disappointed with himself that he's yet to show us all what he's capable off against them. I couldn't care less who starts the game as long as we win. If Aribo does start then there won't be anyone in the world who wants him to turn in a performance more than him.

I would luv us to go at them right from the off. I’d play Wright on the right with Arfield, Davis and Kamara in the middle 3. however I think Gerrard will go with Aribo/ Roofe over Arfield/ Wright.
Playing Wright allows our FBs to sit in a bit.

They are not the quickest at full back, that's why I'd play wright and kent, they also got s lot of joy down our right last old firm. The pace of Wright would mske there left back think twice about getting too advanced.

Taylor is steady but not exciting at LB.
If Kent and Wright don't get any joy against both FB's, how are we going to create chances from Morelos.
That's why he will go Roofe side right and Aribo in midfield to provide a different option in attack.

Mph, u may be right. I jus thought last old firm they got so much joy down that side, including the goal as the left back was so advanced as he knew he was never getting caught out for pace. We really penned them in when Wright came on I thought n they hardly got up the park.
