Michael Beale saying it will be a 25% squad turnover in the summer is simply ridiculous, it will need to be 50-75% turnover in that squad, it is absolutely dire, one thing I will say is the signings need to be 4 things, Quick, Young, technically good and have vision
Too many of our current squad are Slow in physical movement and mental movement.

DC1872 to rebuild has to take a bit of time mate and there's no way we'll get rid of between 50%-75% of our squad ? There's nobody doubting we need a freshen up and find out who's getting/ signing new contracts and who ain't! We've still got a lot of good players within our squad and the rebuilding process has to be thought out as we can't go to heavy or don't need to go as heavy on it as you suggest mate IMHO ?.

I'm sure that the 25% MB mentions will be key positions in the team where we are weakest. He does hint that other positions may also change, but as SWS said, you can't just cull 50%-75% of a squad overnight and be successful.

John since their aussie manager arrived he's signed 29 players.
Obviously some have been good but he has had the money to spend and he has wasted quite a bit of that.
MB has had 1 window and two players in.
Whether fans on here like it or not he will be given time to try to rebuild our team.
Imo anybody expecting a cull of 18- 20 players is playing fantasy football.

Not really up on all of his signings but as he's signed 29 and can only play 16 in any one game he's obviously bought some that aren't getting game time. I'm sure any ceotic supporter could name some for you.

Agreed John- they have almost built a full team/ squad over last 3 seasons whilst we napped on the sofa after we won the league and assumed we would be looking down for years to come - It can be done if we move away from sentiment and poor loan choices -What will we do without Alf and Kent many are feeling on this site - the answer is PROGRESS to another team with different players with different attitudes - that is what they have done after losing the Broons and Samaras of the world.

i have no idea either, but i know there are a few he spent a lot of cash on, because my mates told me, unless maybe you believe every player he bought isa success?
