StuMunroloyal has written a new article entitled, Rangers Will Regret Leaving Michael Beale As Manager For Any Longer

How long would you give the next manager if they don't make a difference in their first 15 matches Stu?

Is consistency of approach and loyalty not a Rangers attribute in the modern era?

We have not committed to a manager since WS. Would Sounness have survived if he had the same start nowadays and without the money he had to spend?

DK some would not give a new manager five games.

A superb post Stu and absolutely nailed it. This will definitely p off the "Beale must be given time to gel the team" brigade, but it's on the button mate.
Stu, if you don't mind me saying, I would describe you as a poster who does not condem players, management etc, for no reason, and are usually very positive of them all, by backing them. So, with that in mind, how bad must Beale be, for you to write this?
He has lost the backing of the vast majority of fans, and unless he is removed soon, it will only get worse. And when that happens, I hope every poster on here, still daft enough to back him, takes a good look at themselves. Beale isn't Rangers, our club is so much bigger than one wee fat Londoner, masquerading as a football manager, and for the sake of our club, he must go.

I'm confused John? In a previous post you stated that we had the "wrong manager", but here you are having a go at supporters for not backing the manager. Can you explain this? If you think we have the wrong manager, why would you then have a go at fans for their criticism? You've done this in previous posts too. It's as if you're saying you know Beale is the wrong manager, but I'm still going to back him. Is that not known in the game as backing a loser? What good is that?

John did you not say on here the other day Beale doesn't want a DOF something you would put in place right away?

“How long would you give the next manager if they don't make a difference in their first 15 matches Stu? ”

Beale won 14 of his first 15 league matches last season. The other result was a draw against Celtic two weeks after taking the job. Our fans now want him sacked.

As unreal as it sounds, a new manager could come in and win his first 15 games and still get sacked at the end of the season because he didn’t win the overall competition.

As two posters state I was very clear I did not want him to manage our great club

Once the decision was taken I said I would support him 100% yes imo I’m backing a loser, but I have been wrong b4, we can not continue to go through managers the way we do

A dof is required to help us regain our footballing identity, with or without the manager. That’s not my call

After two domestic defeats I’m not writing of trophies, I’ve never called for a manager to be sacked on here. I try to back them,

Old blue eyes. I would consider the last 9 months time enough. Rightly, no one wishes to see any manager lose his job and especially not at our club. However we no longer live in an era of Smith or Souness. Time is given only by the results you deliver and I honestly do not think if MB is given until Christmas that it will change or he is capable of changing it. I will be the first to admit I was wrong if it’s the case, but I am very doubtful.

We had all summer and a long transfer window in which to address, the glaring obvious areas that needed strengthening and it and it never materialised.

There looks to be no spine in the team, still heavily reliant on our wingbacks, who are now 5 years older doing the same type of job they done back then, it just does not compute.

Performances have been abysmal, players played out of position, tactics shocking, recruitment mediocre and the soundbites and result optics, do not look good at all.

It’s with a heavy heart that I say he is not the guy. Not one Ranger supporter wants failure, everyone wants to back the manager and the team and have harmony, between field and terracing. Sunday was a tough watch and tensions boiled over and rightly so.

The board have to be strong, difficult decisions are difficult to make but that’s why they’re in charge.

I feel the time for change is now, wether they’re strong enough to make that decision, I have my doubts.

John how is a DOF going to change the way Beale plays? Also you have said Beale doesn’t want a DOF.

We simply can’t keep him as manager he was never the answer and never will be.

What Beale gets storm and what he gets is two different things.

We r rangers not him. He is a mouthpiece far too big for his boots

A dof should set how a club plays. Then manager implements that style. Happens everywhere except ibrox.

Thank you for explaining that John, that's fair enough. I did know you never wanted him, and although you don't want him there, I respect the loyalty you have for him, even If I don't agree with it.

Old blue eyes my loyalty is not to the individual but to the club, I despise the man for what he did to Gio, park Wilson Robertson engineered that

Wonder where the are now.
