Know we're short on money but here's a few realistic moves that I think would make us stronger. Broadfoot and Weir out. Promote Perry and Mcmillan, think they're more than capable. So that's 2 decent earners gone. I'd be happy bringing in Aluko and O'Connor. Aluko would take about 2k a week and O'Connor 5k.

Aluko would be a good squad winger which is what we need and O'Connors proven he can score goals in the SPL.

We dont need a lot of players and I think we can go all the way again!

Alot of sense there! I liked the Broadfoot and Weir out part and the Perry & McMillan promoted because two very impressive young players and thanks to Broadfoot & Weir for their service to the club but time to bring in sharper and quicker youngsters.

O'conner is in court in feb for the drugs charge. So until that's done & dusted then no one will want to touch him.

Alright lads , I was at Andy Gorams pub today The Old Quarry bar for a forum with Colin Stein and Willie Henderson absolutely great day by the way but when they where asked about our chances of going to administration are very likely they seemed to know something they couldn't really speak about but said basically in so many words it's going to happen! Thought a would share with my fellow bears

What has the bbc thing on whyte or anything whyte has done in previous investments got ANYTHING to do with this tax case that could force us into administration ?? answer that before posting cos you swallow any dribble put on tv or printed by papers ! You know what p!sses me off more than the Tics spending all their time on here? The fact that they have no clue about our tax case ( Does not surprise me ). It boils my f**king blood when I read on here how we were caught cheating or not paying taxes. The only reason this has come about is because the HMRC had the law changed in 2010. However EBT's are still legitimate and many of thousands of people are paid in this way. However if the loan is closed or ceased then the loan is instantly taxable. It's the the receiver of the loan who is accountable NOT the scheme provider. I can only imagine that Rangers in some way have signed a document agreeing to be liable for these loans otherwise technically ALL the players who received the loans (EBT's) are liable for the tax!!

I can not wait until this is over and NOTHING of any significance happens to Rangers at all. Which will be the case. Our club has been systematically targeted and it's name dragged through the dirt.

I look forward to the end of this season when we lift another title in such adverse conditions.
I can visualize the day we look back and down at Celtic, again victorious and proud to be blue.

Well mate, you hit the nail on the head. The reason that Rangers will lose this tax case is the fact that they did indeed produce notes to the players to say that the 'loans' didn't have to be paid back.

Rangers getting away with this is not going to happen, you need to realise the facts and accept that there are tough times ahead.

Yes your right about the ebt's but the money still has to be paid & your right again it's the receiver that pays, but where you fall short is all the facts. Rangers actually put this in to the contract telling the players that they don't have to pay it. That's why HMRC are making rangers pay the bill because they were the employer & they stipulated that the money needn't get repaid. Ps I'm no Celtic fan just a concerned youth manager. Also hope you guys get out of it ok.
