Think the game is up with the publication of the prospectus. No assets, no ownership of players, basically buying zip. Just providing a revenue stream for Charles and his chums. Sucking the blood out of good people.

As a businessman I have no idea how this company could remain solvent for any length of time. You have to tell the truth in a Prospectus or it could be jail for fraud. We're now getting beyond Green's rhetoric and into the realms of truth.

It's clear to me this business exists to provide for the comfortable living of the Board and management and pays little attention to the governance and thought of protecting investors interests and providing returns.

Poster 2. Have you even tried to read the Prospectus? Have you ever read one and then used sound business judgement to decide whether to invest in a public offering based on the information in the prospectus?. No. Thought so.

And more importantly since you can obviously see a dodgy deal from a mile away who owns all our assets and how long till we plunge back to the abyss. Look the thing is we need to trust green and get behind the share issue because with out green our club would be dead which is what you would like. The bottom line is we are big enough to make up our own minds and no matter what you say that wont change. Yes things could go wrong again but with the poor finances of Scottish football low attendances at many clubs and the harsh economical difficulties the majority of normal people are suffering right now this could be a possibility for most clubs in Scotland

Lol well I would like to know the reasons for the disagrees for post no4. Was it the low attendances can't be because that's true was was it the tough economical times most people are suffering can't be that's true wads it the case we are big enough to make up our own minds can't be because that's true was it the part that most teams could suffer severe financial difficulties can't be that's true. So this leads me to the conclusion that the disagrees must be from our old friends from the east better known as the bullsh,t brigade

Poster 4 and 2. It is simple. when you bother to shift your arse and concentrate on the black and white in the prospectus. Yes, I do this for a living. No, I would not invest. Do I think Rangers fans are being taken advantage of - Yes, I do. wisen up. Read for Gods sake. If you want to line other folks pockets and F your club go ahead. You were warned once, you are getting warned again. We dont hate you as much as you think, we all come from the same place.

Sums us up at the moment ed, this is a rangers banter page but not 1 mention of how the game went yesterday, people on here want to talk about everything hut football.

Last time I looked it seems your share issue is the main talking point ?

How can Charles Green claim in his Prospectus that he can not see The Ibrox Title Deeds when he and his chums are supposed to be the owners? Does this Prospectus make any sense?

Prospectus looks like it was made by a first-year analyst at a very poor Investment Bank. or drawn up by Pinnochio. Charles Chancer Green.

Is he renting MP and Ibrox already and hiding it in salaries? Why are salaries £3.5m for 4 months?
Why was there only £4m season ticket money left in August when he said in mid November it hadn't been touched. August was four months ago, so if it paid salaries, there's £500k left.
Can we please have a questions and answer session with CG regarding the prospectus, the assets, this umbrella company, etc, before share issue?

Not all season ticket money is received up front...

Exactly, over 50% of tfanbs pay it up.

not disputing fair pay for work done...point being love of club was payment enough..well £50,000 buys a lot of love and even more gratuitist remarks in the press to keep all bears happy and blinded from real facts and figures ..50 grand well spent....

Thought he was not taking job up until after the share issue ?. Stranger and stranger.

The prospective only goes to 31 aug did templeton not sign on that day so his wages wouldnt be include or any other big earner signed that week who wouldnt get a wage till the following month

Well done Jim Trainer for having the courage to voice an impartial and honest opinion on the scurge that has managed to pass themselves off as journalists.The same people who have done so much to damage Rangers with such vigour they disgrace not only the profession but the sport itself.

@3 that was a SPL ruling, last time i looked we were top of div 3, ok. Try and keep up and not just appear to.

@4 Look at the rule's you go into any division under admin your deducted point's

1. If it were the same club it would not have had to apply to SFA for membership and license. It would have still had its membership.
2. It would have had its minimum three years association football history and be able to play in Europe. But it has to wait three years minimum before it can play in European competition.
3. Having come second in SPL it should have been playing in Europa cup this season. But that was old historical Rangers right. Not the new club.

There's about 20 other regulations and legislative instruments demonstrating its a new club.

Green has been told to get the name changed as he's been breaking insolvency law. Probably by Stock exchange who have a liquidated club called that. He wanted it to be The Rangers Football Club plc and got told where to go. So he adds international. It's a different club wise up. Forget Green's drivel. The sooner its all clean and sorted and the only focus is football instead of boycotts etc the better.

@9 Could this be true ?, is this why Charlie boy is trying to push through the share's sale because he know's, if or when BDO take the name away, the bear's will not buy. Very interesting

Whoooahhh! who actually owns Ibrox. Try finding it in the share prospectus. you wont! Who owns the fixed assets of the old and proud club. It can not be found in the share prospectus, just a reference to the use of Ibrox as an asset. The use, not ownership. So what is the share issue about? Buying thin air and promises?
