Anyone heard anything about our supposed interest in signing Ben Brereton from Blackburn? He doesn't have a great scoring record but seems to be highly thought of!

Adam Armstrong is top scorer in Championship playing for a mid table side in Blackburn would be a better signing IMO but I’d be hopeful we would be looking at players from decent European sides in smaller leagues like Jelavic when we got him from Rapid Vienna a £5m+ striker that is either up and coming or an International for Sweden, Denmark, Croatia sides like that where the players are good but affordable.

Btw, for people who know something about football, Ben brereton is very highly regarded in the championship, a good chance he will move on from Blackburn, wonder if Scott Wright was “ below average “ just a couple of weeks ago?

If Rangers coaches are indeed interested then so am I, one thing is for certain, the boy is definitely not “ below average “.

Never in a million years would they describe a young player, they know almost zero about as “ a below average player “

So if you’re a coach who speaks about young players like that, then that’s worrying,

Incredible you should respond like that when I suggested you describe someone you don’t know like that, , I genuinely hope any parents aren’t expecting much.
