Some speculation going about that Alfie wants to stay another year now and have a crack at champions league
If we qualify (I'm assuming we still need to qualify this year) (? ) and he has a few outstanding games he could go for a fortune next year?

If we don't renew Defoe on his 35k a week, that 35k per week could be shared out on improved terms for borna goldson kamara Kent and Alfie, plus tav already signed. Show we mean business@, I'd be happy to lose Defoe if it meant we could tie those lads down 👍.

Have been saying it for months despite the claims on here that he was desperate to leave.

He wants to win and we have given him a taste for it - if he can replicate his Europa form in the CL he will go for big money to a top team in a top league.

My source and like yours John25 its a good one and the info i received was both the club, kent and his new family agents all agreed to wait till the summer, as kent's former agent was haggling for Kent to go to leeds utd but kent didn't want to 🤔
It was put on hold when he changed agent and the info i was told is that kent did not turn down any deal 🤔I've got no doubt unless crazy money comes in for kent this summer, that without a doubt kent will sign a new deal at rangers to get our club even more money when we do eventually sell him 👍🇬🇧 He's very settled here and loves the club and the supporters and is in no rush to leave 🤔We'll see who's correct in the end mate 🤔.
