Hypothetically speaking and going by the gaffers comments on 3 at the back right?

That's looking like a really good team to me.
No arfield but he gives u options in various positions.
Also katic and Edmundson go out and gain another years experience.
If we sign other players will be one in one out.
But that's a good 343 amd it's very successful nowadays and fits all our best player into the system.
Wouldn't be surprised to see this deployed in a lot of champ league matches guys.

With roofe suspended and uncertainty over morelos I think our priority is another striker unless buff stays and is happy as we can't afford him sulking if a move doesn't happen even a loan deal but I don't fancy relying on an underplayed Itten or Sakala who's 2 or 3 weeks behind rest of squad fitness wise.

He’s said live on FTC yesterday mate he’s going to playing certain matches with 3 at the back. With wing backs. He’ll still play 2 cms amd 3 up top so it would be 343, not 352 sorry mate but it would.
He also said live yesterday he’s going to try 4132.

I posted at the top what the team would look like I included wing backs with 2 cms and 3 attackers. The 2 wide in the 4 would be tav and bona. Wing backs so why u disagreeing davie that would be our team in a 3 at the back formation mate? What would your 3 at the back team be I’m intrigued to know?

When did he ever say that. I watched his his interview and said something like he's gona tinker with formation 2 try accommodate both players. not once did I hear him say he's gona play with 3 centre backs. I may be wrong and missed that part but I very much doubt it. any1 hear sg say he's playing with 3 centre backs 🤐🤐🤔🤔🤔.

Well gerrard stated yesterday he wants to get them both in team together and he also stated tav can’t play that forward right of the front 3 as he can’t play with his back to goal. So how about the ones shooting down what I posed as a hypothetical team from what we have, how would yous fit them both in when playing a 3 at your back cause Gerrard said tav can’t play in that right forward position.
So the ones shooting my idea down, please tell me?
Tierney plays left of a 3 fro arsenal amd Scotland and he’s outstanding. Depending on the tactics the 2 could interlink and swap going forward amd back, same with Bassey on the left wit bb. I’m only pointing out what the gaffer said and making a team from out personnel

What he said was what u just correctly said about tinkering formation, he then said … he’s going to try it in different matches. He said he’s going to try 3 at the back right? That’s a fact I heard it. So if u play 3 at the back, with wing back that's 6 players inc GK out so leaves 5 players. The rest I assumed would mean 2 cms yes? And that leaves 3 attackers?
So how had anything I've said been wrong?
Onto the next part which I went back and watched the whole interview last night, he said he will try 4141 in some games (I wrongly wrote 4132), so again mate. Did u kiss that part also
He said he can’t play tav as the righ attacker cause he can’t play with his back to goal. Everything I have said is fact mate. Instead of arguing, go watch the whole video?

Stormtrooper Patterson’s actually played for Scotland unders predominately as a right mid mate so he isn’t a rb plain and simple mate, look at Kyle Walker, becomes a right of a back 3, and tierney becomes left of a back 3.
So why can Patterson not play right of a back 3 mate?
Think you guys have an image in your head of 3 big strapping centre backs and it doesn’t work. To play with a back 3, unless you’re Italy, u need a bit of pace.
The idea to get tav and Patterson into a team with a back 3 would be Patterson on that rcb position same as Walker played for England and interlinking with tav same as tierney n robbo done for Scotland.
A was only posing the question of how yous think it would work not picking the team as some suggested?
Last thing davie mate, I never once said Patterson in a midfield 4 mate. I don’t know what post you’re reading?
