Well 3 points was all that mattered today, and we saw an exceptional goal from Malik also. I felt our two CBs played reasonably well today, BUT, what was Alan thinking about with that goal, great effort yes, but he should be putting that over the bar for a corner at least.

Kent had some good touches, but is not direct enough, Matonda tried hard but he's still young and will learn. Borna I felt played okay today, but Tav is obviously not 100% fit, and needs to be rested before he does more damage.

Another 3 points which to me was all that mattered today, on to Dundee now in the quarter final of the League Cup on Wednesday.

Penrith, I’m not a kent fan but he was not the worst by far.

EVeryone knows McGregor is past it. He is going to be remembered for being an old man who keeps selling goals.

Kent tried and worked hard today but yeah not everything came off for him. Our tactics were clearly to attack down the left side only and that’s easy for even an amateur side to deal with. I felt sorry for Borna as he never had an option Inside all day and gets booed when he goes back the way. Gio has to sort our right side out asap as it’s having a massive impact on us. Tav is clearly struggling and for me Matondo had much less an impact on the game than Kent.

Is that true John? Even If it was mate, it should still have been up to Gio to make a decision on this. He had to make a decision that was best for the team over the long run. If it was the case, why did he drop McGregor in favour of JM?
Regardless of who was at fault it has turned into a bit of a mess.

paul i don’t think so. it never played a part in any other moves for goalies
simply rank bad goalkeeping.
