Not sure about anyone else but a found it weird that Jack and ridvan got subbed at half time due to injury both looked fine in the first half to me got a feeling there was a few words said in the dressing room at half time the players don't look together at all something is going on in the background.

Jack was terrible yesterday- far too safe and slow with the ball. I wasn't surprised he didn't come out for second half but was surprised to hear it was due to injury as opposed to him just being hooked for his poor display.

Created 1 big chance.

Yilmaz probably shouldn`t have started, he has a history of hamstring problems and it was a hamstring cramp that caused him to go off on Wednesday. He played to rest Borna for Thursday because Yilmaz is not in the Euro squad. Jack can`t play two games in a week its as simple as that, but there was nobody else. If he had been fit he would have stayed on and the awful Cifuentes been hooked. We`ve been conned by You Tube hype again, when will we ever learn.

Correct Storm and how many of his "long passes" were more than 10 yards either backwards or sideways? Citing useless stats is what is expected of that numpty Buzz on the other site MPH. No amount of skewed stats will take away from how ponderous or slow a player was in the game. I'd much rather a player tries to find a player in space as opposed to taking the safe option all the time.

Storm I understand jack but talk was ridvan was not even fit before the game it was Beale who wanted to go with him knowing he wasn't fit in fact he even played it down before hand and then has to take him off sounds like managers fault to me.
Also if you look at how they played ridvan kept coming inside so it could also have been a tactical switch.

Never heard of this being done until this talk of it with Kent. Is it just a technical loophole? Seems a dodgy strategy as risks him just walking away anyway. And don't really see the point as the sell on is only on profit over £7m and there never been interest in anyone paying anything like that even at his best. Personally I'd be quite happy to have to give something to Liverpool because it means he's stayed and become a player worth that much.

A know at rangers managers need to hit the ground running but looking at our signings it young promising players which will need time to settle and gel together this ain't a moan or anything am liking what the manager is doing but do we think he will get the time he needs to get the squad together hopefully we hit the ground running bit incase it don't happen that what what we thinking.

Just thinking regarding the players we have out of contract this summer is shocking ok some haven't been good enough but to allow them to run down deals has been crazy from the board we need to change a lot of things to help the team become more successful on the pitch and player trading is a big one for me.

Sorry but if all the ones out of contract in the summer had longer deals nobody would buy them and we’d be stuck with them. The only one we could even potentially sell is Lundstram and that’s not particularly likely. Letting Goldson (when he was sellable), Kent, Morelos and to an extent Aribo run the contract down the way they did was far worse than what has happened this year.

Lundstrum for me is not the player some think he is just never done it for me too hot and cold and at times loses possession and slack passing and no real fight at times

Davie get your point mate but when Gerrard left he left gio a fit hungry squad and rode that wave but now he's had a pre season our squad don't look fit how come we have so many muscular injuries this season compared to the Gerrard era when you compare the squad Gerrard inherited to what gio did he's definetly taking us back the way.
