Gonzalo Tapia.

bruno3

1.) 29 May 2024 13:17:09
Renato Tapia a cm we should be all over, ooc.

2.) 29 May 2024 13:25:43
that’s an interesting one that, would be a good move!

3.) 29 May 2024 13:37:26
Is this a random name or are we linked?

4.) 29 May 2024 13:46:11
Can't see any links mentioning us but European clubs credited with interest by two journos. One saying no names known, the other saying midtjylland and river plate but no official offers.

£600k value on transfermarkt. 14 games 5 goals. Right winger who can play left as well. 22 years of age.

Could be something to it as we seem to be scouting in South America but no concrete links I can find.

5.) 29 May 2024 14:54:25
Most of the South American signings that are getting mentioned I can see why Rangers would want him, but not Gonzalo Tapia tbh. The Tapia that Star in the Sky mentioned absolutely he’s a fantastic player.

Either way we’re going to be unrecognisable next year with all these South American and African players. Things can only get better I suppose. Although I do wonder if these players will all settle. The dressing room will be a very different place. I just hope this works.

6.) 29 May 2024 15:32:25
How are all these South American and African players going to perform on a cold winters night in Aberdeen for example? Happy with a couple of fast / tricky wingers, but would like us to look to Europe for some hard tackling midfielders and defenders.

7.) 29 May 2024 15:36:54
His team mate on the other wing at Universtad Catolica Alexander Aravena has a host of clubs tracking him in Europe.

8.) 29 May 2024 15:39:05
I seem to recall we’ve been interested in this boy before and that he opted to go elsewhere?

9.) 30 May 2024 14:48:16
Gms1983

I get where you're coming from, but what kind of club are we if we don’t try with these players, simple fact is that market is cheaper and the English market hasn’t exactly been great to us with players with high wages.

31 Jan 2024 01:09:13
Julian Carranza ?.

bruno3

1.) 31 Jan 2024 05:47:05
Under 23 striker Argentinian International
At philidelfia
6 million
On transfer market
Sorry bout spelling.

2.) 31 Jan 2024 06:06:31
Lets hope we have learned out lesson from MLS players. Has there been any recent sucesses?

3.) 31 Jan 2024 07:56:38
I can't remember us losing money on any player from the MLS. Will double our money on Cifuentes but I don't think he is a bad player. He arrived after a full season, suffered some injuries that interrupted him building momentum and his personal problems haven't helped.

4.) 31 Jan 2024 08:49:49
Regardless of whether Cifuentes is a good player, he's been rotten for us and that what's important. Just because we might make a profit on him (800k, woop woop), it doesn't make him a success.

5.) 31 Jan 2024 08:52:52
Bruno that would be a signing mate, i really sure he's out of contact December 2024.

6.) 31 Jan 2024 09:29:18
If he’s from the MLS nah no thanks because he’ll take ages to get up to speed, in Scotland we play at a different tempo, that’s what cifuentes found out. There game is too different and we haven’t got 6 months to play with here, we need a guy that’s going to hit the ground running.

Mitchy Bat was the one I wanted but I’m sick of banging on about him. What I don’t understand is the people who want Shankland seem to think he’s going to come in and hit the ground running. I don’t think it’s as simple as that. He wouldn’t be playing for a wee team anymore! And there would be huge amount of pressure on him, something he hasn’t felt before. And I don’t think he is good enough for Europe. 28 and if we spend 5 million on him hypothetically it’s bad business. I’d prefer us to re assess in the summer and just get someone in for now. I honestly think within a transfer window or 2 Shankland becomes a bench player. He won’t start ahead of Danilo when he’s back. Danilo is far better he’s just no had the chance to show it. Danilo will be a great player for Rangers, especially if we bring in some South American pals.

7.) 31 Jan 2024 10:36:42
Belshill not on about money am on about playing. Last few from MLS good reps have all been absolutely shockin.

8.) 31 Jan 2024 11:02:26
Have a wee bit of respect MrRangers, hearts aren't a "wee" team. There is a lot of arrogance on here sometimes when it comes to who is apparently good enough for Rangers.

9.) 31 Jan 2024 12:34:15
Could we take the money for Dessers and use it to up the bid for Denkey or would that be too risky at this stage of the season.?

19 Jul 2023 19:52:34
I’ve posted about this a couple of times but been pestering the boy I know for an update after Beale spoke last night. He has links to Olungas agents- anyone itk can put 2&2 together and work out who he is. We’re still in contact with Olunga and there’s a contract on the table. He’s got offers and still contracted to Al Duhail until end of month when he’ll make his mind up. Boy says he’s number 1 target on a free but media is all over Danilo.

bruno3

1.) 19 Jul 2023 20:22:51
He / Olunga would be a great addition.

2.) 19 Jul 2023 20:23:43
I think I would rather have danilo but great info.

3.) 19 Jul 2023 21:52:01
Somebody mentioned Matondo to Wales, suggested (or guessed) it was Wrexham suppose it makes some sort of sense though I might have thought it could be Cardiff? fingers crossed on that one .

4.) 19 Jul 2023 21:57:25
That’s a curve ball - good info mate.

5.) 19 Jul 2023 22:19:09
Matondo unlikely to go to fourth tier imo.

6.) 19 Jul 2023 22:34:51
No way is the wee man going to league 2.

7.) 20 Jul 2023 09:17:26
Olunga is busy just now with MOFA (Michael Olunga Football Association) . Touring 2 under 17 teams. Sure he resigned for a Saudi Team a couple of weeks back so he's no free agent.

8.) 20 Jul 2023 09:55:23
Olunga is on huge money.

9.) 20 Jul 2023 10:00:57
Rumour on Matondo aye imagine that on a rumours site, but Wrexham are far from a negative place right now, Cardiff certainly not but he's no use for us as he was no use to Schalke who pished away £10m on him.

10.) 20 Jul 2023 16:10:07
Great scoring records all be it smaller level.

But that's kinda risks you want to take and see if they can step up a level and keep scoring.

30 May 2023 13:30:49
Posted on here about Michael Olunga on 21st of Feb. We have been scouting him or some time. Now being reported by media outlet.

bruno3

1.) 30 May 2023 14:24:21
Hopefully just agent trying to drum up a move.

2.) 30 May 2023 14:27:53
Good info.

3.) 30 May 2023 15:36:09
Why hopefully? He's a class player.

4.) 30 May 2023 16:05:35
My opinion. Never played at a European level. If he was any good an hungry he'd not be playing in the middle east. Journeyman at best. If this is the level of player Beale is excited to see then I'm very skeptical of next season.

5.) 30 May 2023 16:12:03
Stats are incredible in Qatar and Japan, didn't do so well in La Liga . Can't say I have ever seen him play but on paper seems a decent option on a free and at 29 should be in his prime for the next few years.

6.) 30 May 2023 16:21:50
Hopefully just agent talk?
Seriously? I'd take the big fella Olunga to Ibrox in a heartbeat. Scored goals everywhere he has played.

7.) 30 May 2023 16:45:08
A journeyman? Do you know the definition? He's an absolute machine. The middle Eastern leagues are becoming levels above the spl.

8.) 30 May 2023 16:52:05
Just checked his stats, by far the most impressive I've seen from a player that we've been linked with, I'd love to see him at ibrox next season.

9.) 30 May 2023 17:34:16
While Olunga has been scoring freely, the leagues he was (is) playing in are not great overall, but I'm a great believer that if you know where the net is you could score goals anywhere. Some 'strikers' that have been punted here couldn't score in a free brothel.

10.) 30 May 2023 17:40:08
Tremendous goal scorer. He'd score a barrow load in Scotland!

11.) 30 May 2023 17:55:27
Hes the same age as Colak, scores less goals and assists than Colak in his career (played less games as well but still) plus he's struggled in Europe pervious. Leave him in the middle East.

12.) 30 May 2023 18:41:10
Posted about olunga yesterday
Ed can confirm.

13.) 30 May 2023 18:55:52
Rabbi I don't think kyogo played in Europe before they got him.

14.) 30 May 2023 19:17:12
Andy c lol. bet you said simalair about celtics asian players eh. have a day off eh.

15.) 30 May 2023 19:47:56
Andyc Colak goals in the last 5 years 77. Olunga 110.

16.) 30 May 2023 21:33:07
Our league is crap Japanese league etc will no doubt be stronger.

21 Feb 2023 11:59:32
I’ve heard we’re looking at an out of contract striker playing in Qatar. put 2 and 2 together and think it’s a boy Michael Olunga at Al-Duhail. Could be an interesting one I’ll keep you all up to date on anything else.

bruno3

1.) 21 Feb 2023 12:31:47
Can't see it. Beale has explained his signing strategy. He wants young players before they become the finished article and go out of our reach or players who have lost their way, all insinuating that potential future profit is at the forefront of and deals. A 28 year old Kenyan playing in the middle east doesn't fit this model.

2.) 21 Feb 2023 14:03:18
True. can’t see anyone else tho that would be worth a punt. Suppose that’s why they get paid the big bucks.

3.) 21 Feb 2023 14:37:12
Yeah but you need to support youth/ potential with some experience - guys who you might be more consistent. Whilst 28 isn't young, on a freebie and after a couple of good seasons, there's an opportunity to cash in assuming they do well.

4.) 21 Feb 2023 16:22:36
That chap has some very good stats.

5.) 21 Feb 2023 17:47:49
Bruno good post, as u say out off contract valued at 9 million euros May 22.
It seems we r looking at players good value near end off contract. I don’t see 28 as an issue, should be in his prime.

May do us a turn.

6.) 21 Feb 2023 18:27:28
The guys stats are brilliant but at what level. If it's a free definitely worth a punt as third striker and maybe we will be pleasantly surprised.

Wouldn't surprise me if roofe Morelos Kent colak all depart at the end of the season.

7.) 21 Feb 2023 20:59:57
28 yo should be in his prime tbh.

Forrester planning to 'stay and fight for the jersey'. In other words he'll sit and take a wage. He's knocked back Southend and now blocked users from commenting on new uploaded photos because he knows he's going to take pelters.

bruno3

1.) 23 Jul 2017 16:28:24
Just shows you he knows he is a poor player skimming a wage that the bread man offered him and Southend was about his level as was Northampton with crooks. MW bought poor so glad we never let him loose with millions.

2.) 23 Jul 2017 18:01:36
I really hope Forrester proves us all wrong. I liked him in a few games. except that he chose to go for individual glory instead of the easy pass for a goal. Cost us a few times. should you be correct bruno he will have problems out and about in Glasgow!

19 Jul 2017 11:25:51
Do you want to see Naismith back at rangers?

bruno3

1.) 19 Jul 2017 11:53:55
Yes, he has said his comments were a mistake. And I think he would be a really decent signing. Can take on millar's mantle. He and play cf, outwide, attacking midfield too.

2.) 19 Jul 2017 12:16:58
Yes. Let's leave the past where it belongs.

3.) 19 Jul 2017 12:29:55
He knows where the goal is and always played well when fit.

He himself acknowledged that his comments were ill advised and regrets making them.

I would have him back at Ibrox. 👍

4.) 19 Jul 2017 12:44:25
100%! Would improve us enormously. The past is the past and he was badly advised. Let's move forward, this is a massive year for us, we can't afford to not close the gap.

5.) 19 Jul 2017 15:27:36
get him back knows the scottish game and how to play uphere and with his pl experience SHOULD be a better player than he was before when with us

6.) 19 Jul 2017 15:53:05
Badly advised? What isn't he capable of making decisions himself? A fully grown man should be responsible for his own actions and not hide behind the badly advised routine. He has had his time at the club

7.) 19 Jul 2017 15:55:28
For me it comes down to WAGES! For Naismith. Got to remember he may not play that much and Pedro WILL want to put his signings on the Pitch yeah?
So I think a wage of 10k a week with decent goal bonuses but I truly think he will want more and a Team in the Championship could give and prob will give him around 20k a week.
But opinions please, how much fo you think the following are on per week? And is there any site that could tell us if so let me know yeah. So following Players and weekly wages guess. Here's mine let me know your guestimation.
Alves-14k
Cardoso-14k
Jack-8k
Dorrans-14k
Pena-12k
Candieas-12k
Herrera-12k
Morelos-10k
These are guesses that may be on the low end, I just keep getting th fact that before any Transfers were made it was drilled into us that we had no money and a combined Spend on Transfers would be no more than 3-4m. People SCOFFED! At the talk of us buying a Player at 1m!

8.) 19 Jul 2017 17:00:40
Brian why does every player have an agent or an advisor? I'm assuming your a kid by your reply.

9.) 19 Jul 2017 18:02:12
Scotty123

How does my reply make me a kid? Please explain. How can stating that a grown man should be able to make his own decisions and live by it without trying to blame someone else? Also you'll find all players have agents so they can make as much money as they can for them as they are better at negotiating than footballers. I'm sorry if that's behind your understanding

10.) 20 Jul 2017 14:21:06
Maybe though looking for forward to pena getting a run of games think he could be quality.

11.) 20 Jul 2017 14:29:08
Naismith? No!

Bellshill I’ve heard we’ll be back in for him tomorrow. If we don’t get him then I doubt we’ll go back in the summer as the likelihood is he’ll break into that Swansea team eventually.
