the thing I don't get is everyones moaning about we should produce homegrown talent, has anyone thought of looking for young players OUTSIDE the uk africa, south america and asia, celtic have had massive success in it my evidence is Wanyama, Ki and so on and then getting players in their teens and early 20's in like adam matthews, fraser forster, gary hooper etc but WE don't try the same thing {The Ed039's Note - I have been editing this site for quite a while and I can assure you there have been plenty of posts saying the same thing that you have just said)
1.) Look at the amount of posters on here who want Novo, Miller etc back!
2.) What happened to the youth policy from last year.
Are the Gers missing the opportunity to showcase the products of the world class facility at Murray Park (yes - it is still called Murray Park)
The signing of free agents - players who have no value on the market - has pushed a generation of youngsters further away from a first team slot.
This surely is a display of lack of confidence in the kids and a complete lack of faith by the manager in his existing squad.
Please remember a t the start of last years campaign, Ally had no less than FIVE full internationalists
3.) Listen these kids finished miles behind in 19's league. They were not good enough for that level, so clearly not good enough for a higher level.

Hi bears since ally wants a striker with pace of course I've found some possible players we could snap up for that position

1.) Nah, go for Messi and Ronaldo up front if you're going to include players who've yet to sign.
2.) You should base the teamon players we actually have in the squad and not rumours
3.) Moshni or pandza don't play for the club, n I rekon we, ll only get one of them.
The young lad playing in front deserves a shout and peralta an attacking mid.

1.) Well take your time ally because we don't need him and pandza takes a wage cut but makes it all up in the 3rd year of his contract, can't believe we are going down this reckless money route again. what happens if he fails here we would have to pay him up on full contract. BT

I know we don't need anymore strikers but since ally has said he want a striker with pace to turn a defence I would say a good option would be Alan Pulido who we were linked to at the start of the year he's young, speedy, and has quite a decent scoring record for Tigres UANL its just a thought

2.) The lad Burrows in the reserves is lightening quick and knows where the goal is. He's a big lad too.
I would go for either church or simpson both has good pace and could be sold on for a decent price leroy lita os a unknown one from me could be worth it
@6 he will be worth the money all his caps for bosnia prove it as bosnia are very high in the world rankings to me he could be worth every penny and if we could get big mohsni tied up aswell our defence will hardly conceed a goal hopefully we could get him early tomorrow so he "might" play against sheffield tommorrow even though its extremly unlikely

Faure was being played out of position last season but he is very strong and still young. argyriou could be better this season as he will have allot more freedom to move upfield more as I think he is decent when he does them. cribari could be a decent cdm as he isn't fast or good at tackling but he does know how to pass the ball good ALLOT better than perry etc as he can't even kick a ball

Everythings not going to happen straight away, it all costs money give it till summer and everything should be running well, new board, new manager and coaching staff and hopefully a couple of players going and coming aswell
