Been hearing that Marcelo Gallardo is in the running? Is there any truth in this are we looking at him?

Apparently he wants epl.
The reason he knocked back the teams mentioned as he didn’t see a pathway to epl.
The Leeds one was because after speaking to bielsa he knew how difficult the job would be and worried it would ruin his career plans and so that was the number he gave them it would tak an for him to take it despite his concerns.
Apparently he sees rangers as a pathway to epl.
This is all stuff I’m reading online obviousness I don’t have a clue.

I noticed in the press release videos for Diomande he's is sitting in front of of a laptop watching videos then his phone rings and his back ground is of a teenage African boy wearing a Rangers top. can't see it being allowed to show a random image so great to see the reach of Rangers in to Africa even ten years or so ago. Do you think that might have been a factor for getting him over some of the other teams supposedly in for him?
