Honestly, there's no chance we can grab palyers of the calibre of Caceres due to wages, appeal and competition for his sig. He's got almost 70 caps for Uruguay.
The best hope for us is to get someone who isn't moving for the money aka Joey B and Kranj. There will always be a team who can outbid us for the likes of Berbatov, RVP or Adebayor (especially with the emergence of the chinese, US and middle east markets- it all comes down to what they want. trophies or a last pay day.
