Hey,
I was wondering if anyone had any information on if a new scouting system will be put in place.
I've not actually heard any proper details on the matter just people saying it's important not what plans they have to re-introduce it.

Start, how would anyone on here have that sort of info m8, it will happen when it happens, nobody on here will know anything, except the font of RANGERS knowledge, smartyarse, he was so correct that there wudnt be a new manager, oh wait a minute

If it's on a much smaller wage or a pay per play deal then I'd be fine with it.
