Yately, I think the fact that Gio has rested so many of our better players highlights that he reckons the league is over. Our squad players are just not good enough. I don't blame GVB, I blame the Board, when we should have strengthened they just rested on their laurels and we are now paying the price!

If there are no funds available for Gio to strengthen in the summer, (and we also need to get rid of the rubbish), then we are going to have a worrying season next year. We need to replace a number of players that are either at the end of their contract or will move on and the quality brought in needs to be better. Funds will need to be found and if guys like Parks can't come up with additional investment then perhaps they need to move on and let others come in that are willing to invest.
