After Derby, Southampton and Peterborough had loan and permanent transfer bids of up to £750k rejected for Edmundson, Ipswich Town have finally made an offer that Rangers have accepted believed to be in region of £1m accepted by the club.
He is currently discussing personal terms before going through his medical to conclude the deal.
