John27,where do you stand on our chairman douglas park mate ? I'm told his son is the root of a helluva lot of our problems within the boardroom ?Acts like a spoilt brat was what i was told mate ?.

Who actually pulls the trigger on Gio? Is it Dougie or do the board have a vote? Our club is on total free fall and it’s sad to watch.

2.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 17:36:26
Not good
From where we have came from - and it just takes one doesn’t it
not right and something should be done if this is part of the cause of our team fallen away and a manger losing his job

doesn’t sit well ?.

Correct Walter

Normally th DoF yately.

4.) 06 Nov 2022

Was Park Jnr not the brain that thought hiring Pedro Caixinha was a good appointment? That alone should be enough to know he’s a trumpet. Heard so much bad reports about him. Heard he was the reason King and Park Snr fell out because King put him in his place and Park Snr wasn’t happy.

5.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 17:59:31
Fruit yes he was, king has voted every year for him to remain on our board, off big shareholders only 1872 have ever opposed park jnr.

John27,is callum davidson and scott parker still 2 of the names under consideration to possibly be gio's replacement mate?.

7.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:20:26
Walter. Try think it through one foreign, two English.

That suggest Davidson not on list off three.

8.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:26:36
John thanks for clarifying mate.

9.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:32:32

10.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:34:10

11.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:35:02
I seen you mention muscat earlier I think somewhere is he possibly one too?

12.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:38:13
The fact the board haven't come out in the last week or two and given Gio their support says to be they don't even know what they are thinking either back or sack IMO.

13.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:44:40
Cheers John at least know it's unlikely any of the 2 mentioned I'll sleep easier and John your info is always well received so please keep it coming.

14.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 18:56:22

15.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 19:01:43
John27 the only reason i mentioned davidson in the first place was because of the info you posted on here weeks ago saying scott parker and callum davidson had support within our board and i trust your info mate ?.

16.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 19:44:31

Is the 2 english manager's in the shortlist dean smith and chris wilder John27 ? So the shortlist would read paolo vanoli, dean smith and chris wilder ?.

18.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 19:58:23
Frustrated beard. The board r split, the chairman allegedly wanted to pull trigger after Liverpool. I’m not sure how true this is

Walter I’m told park et al want a high profile name,

19.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 20:07:13
John do you think could Gattuso be a possibility?

20.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 20:16:51
High profile managers working in England John?

your going down the line of potter - moyes - Howe - ( lampard? ) veira and some names i mentioned a above

I’m shattered off to bed - see what happens over the coming days weeks I suppose.

21.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 20:22:17
Frustrated not heard his name mentioned.

The sooner the Parks family are gone from Rangers the better, the son, I am told, acts like they own the Club. He is arrogant and pompous and wants to meddle in everything. It is time for new blood and people with serious ambition for the Club. I will be sorry to see Gio go but the results just haven't been acceptable and the manager carries the can. If he didn't like the players offered to him then he should have had the balls to say know and he should have laid down his marker before signing up for the job. let's hope that the next manager, whoever he is, sets down his requirements before taking the job and that the Board backs him 100%. My main concern, whoever the manager is, is that they are inheriting a team in crisis. We don't have a top quality keeper on our books, our midfield is seriously limited for skill, two of our best players are out of contract come the summer and we have too many crocks at the Club that should never have been signed in the first place!

23.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 20:32:33
Walter well done re wilder.

Guys two out off three ain’t bad

Vanoli
Wilder.

24.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 21:00:50
John, just a thought; and i'm not advocating the idea, but high profile and not been mentioned yet, and currently out of work;
FRANK DE BOER?

25.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 21:42:53
Wilder is an interesting one although if the Board are talking about a 'high profile name' I wouldn't put Wilder into that category.

26.) 06 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 22:46:32
Russell Martin is going to be on this boards list isn’t he ??.

27.) 07 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 23:30:51
Dave King voted against Park Jnr last year. King despises him! And he's not the only one. He is the only one who had the balls to stand up to his dad and put them both in their place, though!

28.) 07 Nov 2022
06 Nov 2022 22:48:00
Superb John, so if the foreign coach/ manager required a work permit then that would suggest that it's not someone who's worked in UK for a while or ever. That would, presumably, rule out Bielsa, Benitez, Solskjaer etc but might include Knutsen, Tedesco?

29.) 07 Nov 2022
07 Nov 2022 14:45:45
Renfrew would any foreign manager that didn't take up citizen offer after brexit not need a work permit.
