Summary of our start to the season.

Negatives:

Not bringing in one or two more particularly in problem positions.

New lads not really fully settled yet or had a decent run in team for one reason or another.

Injuries ? we have been slammed again this season so far and its left us short highlighting the areas we are in need of investment.

The manner of the Old Firm defeat was a bitter one to take.

We have left a mountain to climb in Europe.

The contracts of Kent and Morelos still unresolved.

Not scored enough goals.

Positives:

Beating PSV and qualifying for Champions League that was massive for our club.

Colak's fine start to the season, he's been excellent and much better than I expected.

The glimpses of the player Tillman can be, Lawrence's start up until his injury.

Bornas slight resurgence although not his biggest fan he has really improved and is contributing again.

Seeing young lads like McCann and King getting some minutes.

And love him or hate him its good to see Alfredo back in the mix because going forward we really need him.

Only 2points in it so still all to play for.

We will only get stronger, when players are back and team and squad settles down.

Moving forward IMO I still trust Gio, I trust the players. We all want success but we also must realize its a process and need to see the bigger picture. Its not going to happen over night.

And look of course we will always have disagreements and differences of opinions which is fine and makes it interesting but let's respect each other and support the players, our manager and staff of this great club we all love so much.

Good post penny arcade. Agree with almost all of it but morelos I've lost patience with him mate I've backed him to the hilt so many times and feel he has let us all down time after time and I'm just fed u with it.

Agree with that arcade_penny it went from so amazing beating PSV to terrible against smeltic and Ajax - Napoli was good to see the fight back and I was happy despite the defeat - yesterday not great but 3 points and with them dropping 3 today ideal - feel something not right still at club not sure what but hopefully it sorts itself soon. A lot of highs and lows recently but we will get there ?????? Btw someone has taken an almost identical user name to myself and his posts are better than mine lol have enjoyed rewarding them SuperAlly!

Spot on Arcade_Penny.
If we had held on at Hibs we would have been equal on points!
So the eastenders get off to a flying start and we are struggling to find a bit of form and have an injury list you
wouldn't expect until after the winter months. Yet they are within touching distance with a long long way to go.
It saddens me greatly to see guys that I have read avidly every day for longer than I care to remember having wee digs at one another and falling out.
We all did well to keep the faith during the difficult years after 2012. Let's stand firm and support our team in the chase for our next title. Still by far the classiest act in Scotland as the last week has yet again proved.

I’m on the love Alfredo camp but believe we now have 2 strikers with different qualities that can be used accordingly,
I believe and hope Gio is the man to lead us to the title!
