OWS. i'm a fan of Tav and think he will be remembered as one of our best ever full backs I believe it's time to go.
Could we possibly get one more season- yes.
But any errors or slight slump in form increases the negativity towards him.
Also we NEED to cut out the mental hurdle that has formed against THEM so you can't have your captain riddled with it. Keeping him and taking captaincy away doesn't seem right so.

No, as much as I would like to see the Tav of old, I don't think he has the legs now, and yes he was great on the Euro run, but that was 2 years ago, just my thoughts.

I tend to agree now is time to go but something also tells me maybe with a good rest bearing in mind he's never injured maybe HD can offer something.

Not sure if Tav has bulked up too much or not?
He seems ok once into stride, its the `early` he`s lost.
If any defensive players pace is on the wane, the ability to actually defend takes precedence.
So if Tav`s going to continue in the Royal Blue his game might need to change or improve a little in other areas.
