We blew Sheffield United out of the water with our contract bid for Tom Lawrence.
1.25 million signing on fee and 35k a week.
Also gets 250k bonus each anniversary of signing date for length of contract.
Not sure what goals/ assist or trophy and league bonusses are. But that's the basic one.

BobbyD. I have no inside knowledge of any contract but I would be fairly certain that Tom Lawrence is not on 35k a week. That type of contract would only be handed put to major signings and whilst I think Lawrence could be good he would not get that sort of contract. Someone who has predominantly played at championship level his whole career coming in as probably our top earner or thereabouts. I just can't see it.

Agree 100% shagger. Everybody makes mistakes as most posters agreed on here. Remember Bassey and Patterson had the C.V. issues. Both could have been out the door had the club taken the decision to get shot of them. Good job as Patterson brought us in a brilliant fee and Bassey looks like he may eventually go for even more.
